This is a kenning poem about a season of spring.  A kenning represents something known in a special way. The poem normally is built like a list – and each hint of the object is a two-word phrase. Sometimes a kenning can take a sort of a riddle poem.

I love the seasons of spring. After a very cold winter comes a beautiful and homelike season of spring. A season full of surprises and a lot of special moments.

Spring the seasons of birth

Sunshine
Nature design
Cold dies
Drifting butterflies

Flowers blooming
Grass booming
Daffodils dancing
Snowdrops glancing

Buzzing bees,
whispering trees
Smiling meadows,
Appearing rainbows

Wind wander
Animals ponder
Rejoice lakes
Nature wakes

Joy everywhere
Amazing atmosphere
Season of birth
New-life on earth
