Bullies Beware Poem

Bullies Beware Poem – Feeling Poem

The tables will turn – Bnullies Beware

Bullies beware; tomorrow will come
The day when they stop to realize
That you’re not worth the stress or struggle,
Or the tears being shed from their eyes

Bullies beware; you have killed them
But no doubt their wounds will heal
And you will regret your every deed
And the way you made them feel

Bullies beware: the tables will turn,
And those words which tore them apart
Will soon be heading in your direction
And shatter your very heart

Bullies beware; you are all weak
No matter what, they will win
Because nothing you have compares
To the strength of their angels within

An important message for many children today. Bullying’s a big problem across the country, so this is very poignant today…and something many could learn from. Bullying…what the heck is there to be gained from it? Fleeting moments of power, undone with time…

A very positive take on a tricky subject. It works well both as advice and as art.

  9. Leslie White says:

Excellent poem on a subject that has become a problem everywhere. Good message, Marinela.

  10. About time, someone (like you!) made a poem like this! You know what to say to the one who’s bullied, “Tell someone who is stronger than the bully.” To suffer in silence does not make any sense since we live in a free country:) Someone has to stand up for justice!

Inner strength is such an important quality. Indeed bullies lack this important quality in trying to make themselves feel more important by belittling others. Excellent work, Marinela

“Discovered” your site this afternoon and really appreciate it. Although you write for kids, you have helped this 55-year-old find a poem that expressed her thoughts about a situation that has haunted me for months, even years. Thank you. Keep on writing!

Do bullies ever grow up? Nobody follows their trail. Glad to be rid of them for now. Hope your summer vacation is well. You are a great poet!
