Mother Daughter Poems – Mother Poems

A poem from Daughter to Mom. I wrote this short poem for my mum at the age of six.

My Mummy

Who cheers me up when I am unhappy?
Who makes me feel snappy?
Who sticks up for me when things go wrong?
Who helps me to be strong?
Who puts me to sleep when my eyes won’t close?
Who makes me look nice from my head to toes?
Who tells me what I do is wrong or right
Who is my guardian angel for me day and night?
Who sits with me so I am not lonely?
Who else? MY MUMMY only!
