Poem for my mother

Poem Thanking Mom – Mother Poems

A poem about mothers love and care for her child

Impossible To Repay

If time stood still like the trees
Each time your care was bought my way
Then the sea would be land, the clouds kites
And I would not live to see another day

If every time I need you, mother
A single penny entered my door
Then I would have enough riches for eternity
And not need to work forevermore

If magic was a genuine part of life
Then there is nothing your words couldn’t do
There is no problem of any size or shape
Your wisdom can’t get me through

Words cannot justify my love
My appreciation is impossible to convey
Unfortunately all you have done for me
Is something I will never succeed to repay

Hello Marinela! For sure, it’s impossible to repay the boundless love we get from mothers. A fine poem, “the sea would be land” is so fascinating and true.
    Happy Thursday!

Loving the thought of the clouds as kites.
