Monorhyme Poem – Love Poems
This type of poem is really easy. You don’t need a certain amount of syllables or a certain theme or form. The only rule you must stick to is that every single line rhymes with each other. I hope you like my poem! 😀 You should all have a go! 🙂
I must love you is some sort of way
I thought of you the other day
And now that’s where you always stay
At school, or as in bed I lay
Crossing my mind as I pray
When I study or when I play
It’s in there every single weekday
I must love you in some sort of way
Because the thought of you won’t go away

This had to take some playing with words to accomplish, Marinela. I think I like how it can fit into everyone’s life really easy. Nice poem.

Verses and rhymes, I don’t know why, aways remind me of the tercets of the Divina Commedia (you certainly know): A-B-A / B-C-B / C-D-C / D-F-D … etc.

Beautiful – could well be the verse of a song.
Make sure you choose a word with lots of rhymes before you start!

I was curious how many syllables in your set above — it goes:
8,8,8,7,8,9,9,10 — looks like a rock song with pauses and accents… cool.
