Family Poem
Gift To Me
My family are a gift to me
likewise, they were blessed with a daughter
My family sees no weakness’ or flaws
As blood is thicker than water
The fuel to our care is truth
The foundation to our love is trust
Understanding of each others dreams
And comforting is a must
Arguments are prone each day
It seems like all we do is disagree
But without criticism and guidance
They wouldn’t bring out the best in me
My family are a gift to me
And what makes them rare from the rest
They never wish the worst for me
And are striving for my success
