Popcorn’s

June29

Pop pop pop popping around
One after other making a sound
Pop pop popping I am having so much fun
Constantly shooting like the bullets of a gun
Originally so beautiful and white
Ridiculously addictive and a nice sight
No one can resist the sensational crunch
So delicious and appetising when I munch

Fruits had a fight

September21

One day the fruits in my basket
Had a little fight
It was actually quite long
As it lasted day and night

They were fighting about
Who tastes sweet?
And who do people
Like the most to eat

The banana said,
“I am soft and easy to chew”
But then apple said,
“I am delicious and better than you”

The pear shouted,
“I have a very nice shape”
“But I am easy to put in peoples mouth”
Screamed the grape

The orange whispered,
“I am lovely and juicy”
But the strawberry answered,
“My colour is red so you are not better than me”

The plum muttered, “ I am the best
So don’t make me cross”
The peach answered, “ I am spectacular,
So stop acting like the boss”

The tomato said, “ People think I am a vegetable
So I can easily lie”
The cherry thought he was the greatest
But other fruits made him cry

The lemon said I am useful for everything
I think I am the best
The pineapple answered, “ It is only I
That is tasty, well that’s what I suggest”

The mango yelled,
“When people eat me they say I am great”
The apricot roared, “you are nothing compared to me,
so why should I be afraid?”

The avocado said, “I am yummy”
And shrieked really loud
The fig said, “ People couldn’t stop eating me
I make myself extremely proud.”

So the fruits in my basket
Did not want to be polite
So I think I have to tell them
What’s wrong and what’s right?

I didn’t want the fruits to have a fight
I want them to have fun
But what can I do now
They made me eat them one by one

Bananas,Marinela Reka

Bananas
Long, smooth
Peeling, squashing, sharing
Delicious, sweet, healthy, crunchy
Cutting, cooking, eating
Circular, colourful
Apple

Pancake Day

May28

Pancakes, delicious my mum is making for me
Actually they are to accompany my tea
Now I have many, I will sneak some to school
Covered in melted chocolate my pancakes rule!
Attacked by my taste buds I cannot resist
Kitchen is where many more of them exist
Enjoying, by the angels of sugar I have been kissed

Delicious food they are for sure
Absolutely divine and scrumptious
Yes, Pancake Day is not a bore

I am a fussy eater

March22

I am a fussy eater
I always has been really
Cauliflowers make me poppy
And broccoli’s make me queasy

Brussels sprouts make me boil with stream
Obviously fish make me frizzy
Livers make me vomit
And dairies make me dizzy

Rice Pudding makes burp
Smelly cheese takes me apart
Eggs give me a bally ache
And beans make me fart

Porridge makes me vomit
Jelly is too flat

Fruits make me skinny
And junk makes me too fat

Bread makes me sneeze
Pepper is too small
I am such a bad fussy eater
I am stuck eating nothing at all

I always has been really

Popcorn’s

February25

Popcorn is a nice food
It gets me into a good mood
I like the way it goes pop
Once I start to eat it
I can never stop
